CSC Global Alumniโs very first Global Alumni Shout Out Day was celebrated on the 27 July 2025, and it looks to become a firm favourite on the yearly calendar!
The initiative encouraged local alums to get together to do something of value or impact in their community, in and around the time of the 27th July and to post their adventures on social media with the Hashtag #CSCGlobalShoutOut.
The CSC Global Alumni Shout Out day is a yearly event to commemorate the last day of ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐ข๐ซ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐จ๐ง๐ฐ๐๐๐ฅ๐ญ๐ก ๐๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐๐จ๐ง๐๐๐ซ๐๐ง๐๐ ๐ก๐๐ฅ๐ ๐ข๐ง ๐๐ฑ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ in 1956, and the impact this has had over its many years. It is the day when our very first alumni set out into the world post their remarkable experience.
They were filled with commitment to make sure that the Duke of Edinburghโs remarkable experiment would continue to do good in the world. Their work, and the work of many alumni post that day, has ensured that we continue to grow and connect emerging leaders across the Commonwealth. Today we stand stronger on their shoulders because of this network and community.
