Arun Pandit is the Co-Founder of the national award-winning startup Hyphen SCS, India’s largest integrated warehousing and fulfillment platform, and was part of the CSC 2023 cohort in Canada.
He is one of the youngest members of the FICCI National Committee on Logistics, which contributed to drafting India’s first National Logistics Policy, and is also a member of the ASSOCHAM National Council on Logistics and Warehousing.
He has had the honor of representing India at several prestigious global forums, including Horasis India Meetings in Singapore, Australia, and Greece, TiECon East (Boston, USA), South Summit (South Korea), SusHi Tech (Japan), Indiaspora (UAE), Slingshot (Singapore), and Startup Flight (Vietnam), among others.
His startup, Hyphen SCS, has received multiple accolades, including YourStory Tech30 (2022), TiE Global TGS 100 Emerging Startups Worldwide, Wharton India Startup Challenge (2023), Dun & Bradstreet Startup Trailblazer (2024), South Asia ICT Award (2024), Vietnam Startup Flight, and India Internet Day (2025), to name a few.
Arun ranks in the top 1% of supply chain sales professionals globally, as per the LinkedIn Social Selling Index. He was formerly the Head of Sales at LoadShare Networks and has worked pan-India across sales and marketing roles with organizations such as Trux App, RPG Group, CEAT, PayUMoney, and BlackBuck.
He also serves as the Chief Encouragement Officer of “Don’t Give Up World®”, one of India’s largest not-for-profit motivational communities, which has garnered 100+ million views across its social media platforms and was recognized among the Top 12 Social Innovations in India by TISS Mumbai.
Arun is the National Chairman of AIMA’s Young Leaders Council (YLC) and a member of CII, WAI, ASSOCHAM, ADIF, AIWWA, and AITWA. He is a fellow of OnDeck (USA), MassChallenge (Israel), Y Combinator Startup School, and the Stanford Seed Spark Program (South Asia).
Over the course of his career, he has interacted with 1,000+ CXOs and logistics decision-makers and has onboarded 400+ enterprise clients across supply chain, logistics, and SaaS-based solutions in India.
Arun Pandit is also a former Guinness World Record holder and a three-time TEDx speaker, and has served as a mentor, judge, panelist, guest speaker, and author across multiple national and international platforms, conferences, and publications.
An MBA from IIFT Delhi (Class of 2012), Arun was a finalist in 35+ competitions and won 18+ national and international awards during his business school years.
