Held every 3rd Tuesday they are a space where alumni can all be students, practicing the leadership skills of listening without judgement, asking questions to more deeply understand, and sharing their thoughts to extend the knowledge and thinking of the broader community. DR. PATRICK TOLANI: UK and Nigeria

Dr Patrick Tolani is currently the CEO of Community Energy Social Enterprise Limited (CESEL). He is also a Partner at Vale Partners (Barristers & Solicitors). Patrick served as the Executive Director/CEO of the Oxfordshire Equality Human Rights Council, the equality and human rights organization covering Oxfordshire in the United Kingdom. He had a brief stint with the UNDP Country Office for East Timor as the Principal Adviser for Trade and Development.
He graduated from a postgraduate programme at the Cambridge University on Cross-Sector Partnerships. He holds a degree in Law (LL.B, Hons. 1990) and three Master degrees in three different fields: Law (LL.M 1992 with Best Graduating Student Award); Industrial and Labour Relations (MILR, 1997) and Public Administration (MPA, 2000). He also holds a PhD in Public Management.
Patrick served as the Technical Coordinator for the Ondo State Transition Strategy and Implementation Committee (TSIC) in 2021. He continued to support the state on Strategy and Partnerships since the committee’s assignment was completed until December of 2023. He is also the Coordinator for the Mini Grid Working Group of the Renewable Energy Association of Nigeria (REAN). He is the Chair of the Duke of Edinburgh Commonwealth Study Conference (CSC), Africa. Patrick lives locally in Oxford with his family where he also serves as the Senior Pastor of RCCG, Christ’s Love Assembly.
KUSHAGRA JUNEJA: Canada and India

Kushagra Juneja is the founder and Partner at Design2Occupancy Services LLP, a sustainability and engineering consulting firm, operating Internationally. The firm, in his leadership, qualified as the finalists in National Startup Awards, in Energy Efficiency category, by the Government of India. He has to his credentials various international and government certifications including being a BEE Certified ECBC Master Trainer, LEED AP besides others. Mr. Juneja was also awarded the Rajasthan Energy Conservation Award for the year 2016 for his contribution towards energy efficiency in the State.
He has been invited as a speaker on several forums. He also serves as the Vice President of the Indian Building Performance Simulation Association (India). His area of expertise includes sustainability in built environment, energy efficiency, green buildings, and mechanical design services. His core interest lies in sustainability, energy efficiency policy and the education related to it.
He has worked with multiple State Governments for implementation of state level energy efficiency programmes in buildings, Industries carries a vast experience of working
internationally. He has worked on several assignments in USA, Nigeria, Mauritius, Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia, Maldives, UAE, Argentina, and Belize.
